The anti pollutant FCA tip uses primary air provided by one or more blowers located at ground level close
to the flare, for smokeless flaring of smoky gases.
Primary air is fed through the outside pipe of the flare (annulus) while the flared gas is in the inner pipe.
Gas and air is mixed at the FCA tip prior combustion.
Smokeless capacities up to 200 t/h of gas from Gas Cracker are possible.
